The Guildford Recreation Centre is the largest recreation centre in the area. Located just off of Highway 1, this facility boasts 3 gymnasiums, 7200 square feet of weight-training space, more than 2000 square feet of fitness space, and a brand new pool.

The expansion in 2013 allows more space to facilitate the recreation centre’s many programs including sports programs for children and adults, a youth lounge, a seniors’ lounge, and child-minding services.

Opened in the spring of 2015, the new aquatic centre addition features an 8-lane, 50m FINA-standard Olympic size competition pool along with spectator seating. The facility is designed to host water-polo events. There is also a leisure pool including a toddler area. There’s something for the whole family!
