19U Men's and Women's teams from BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba will play for the final two berths in the National Finals.

Water polo hosted one of the first Canadian club sport championships for the senior men’s category in 1907. 111 years later we find ourselves in Surrey anticipating the U16 Western Canada Conference Championships.
