The Canadian High School Ultimate Championships, hosted by Ultimate Canada, take place every spring. It was created in 2011 to respond to the growing interest of high schools, and to help develop and promote Ultimate at a younger level.

These over-30 events show that fitness is for all ages with hurdles, discus throws, pole vaults, high jumps, relays, and many more exciting events. It all takes place at the South Surrey Athletic Park and Bear Creek Park this August.
